tomato sauce and finished with white wine stewed red onion ribbons
Panettoncino di Natale
A baby Panettone sponge, lightly soaked in Amaretto liqueur,
filled with a velvety almond zabaione cream. A real Christmas treat!!
Panna Cotta ai frutti di bosco speziati
A delicate velvety vanilla scented cream topped with winter berries marinated in Port wine
with Christmas spices. A feast of tastes!
Cassata Siciliana
A typical Sicilian dessert made of ricotta cheese, fruit glace’ and hazelnut,
wrapped in cherry liqueur soaked biscuits. It melts in your mouth!
