A selection of our superb Italian cured meat (Parma Ham, Salame, Coppa and Speck) served with olives and sundried tomatoes
Torre di Pisa di Pesce
Layers of fresh Mozzarella, smoked salmon and orange slices, topped with tiger prawns sauteed in Brandy

Saltimbocca di Tacchino
Turkey breast parcels filled with spinach and Provolone cheese, wrapped in smoked bacon and roasted in white wine. Served with sauteed potato
Cotechino e Polenta
A very traditional Xmas Italian pork sausage. Served with polenta and chargrilled baby onions
Risotto ai Mirtilli (V)
Blackberries and Taleggio cheese risotto. A winter and charming combination!
