Parcels of Mozzarella wrapped in smoked salmon, served with aromatic mayonnaise and crispy fennel ribbons
Antipasto rustico
Wild boar salame from Maremma served with smoked cheese crostini
Crespelle al granchio e salmone
Homemade pasta parcels filled with crab meat, smoked salmon, Swiss cheese and Parmesan, coated with a velvety white sauce
Crespelle ai carciofi (veg)
Same as above with artichoke filling and Pecorino cheese
Crespelle all'anatra e funghi
Same as above with duck and mushroom filling, sprinkled with toasted hazelnut

Our unbeatable braised beef, marinated in Barbera wine with Mediterranean herbs and spices gently stewed up to perfection. Served with a basket made of Parmesan, filled with Borlotti beans, stewed in red wine with tomato and crispy rosemary
Porchetto alle Lenticchie
Very tender roast piglet leg in a tasty red wine, wild mushrooms and lentil sauce. Served with pumpkin wedges
Capesante in Pepper Pot
Baked whole red pepper, filled with a treasure of king scallops sautéed in olive oil with smoked bacon and peas, served with a butterfly shaped pasta in a creamy pesto sauce. Worthy of a King!
Verdure in Carrozza (veg)
Baked whole pepper filled with a treasure of wild mushrooms, potato, diced aubergines and baby onions. A tasteful stew! Served with a side salad
Zuccotto al Frangelico
Mascarpone cream, chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and Italian sponge soaked in Frangelico liqueur, form this mouthwatering dessert! It melts in your mouth!
Panna Cotta ai frutti di bosco
A delicate, velvety vanilla scented cream topped with winter berries, marinated in Port wine with Christmas spices. A feast of tastes!
Torta di limone e frutta
Homemade tart filled with lemon and vanilla cream. Topped with a bouquet of fresh fruits, coated with apricot jam. A mouthwatering dessert!
